MONDIAL DES ARTS SUCRES 2012, Japan gets its team already! |

November 9th, at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, UTSUMIKAI association, chaired by Mr. YOKOTA, selected from among 24 candidates (12 mixed teams), the team that will represent Japan at the 3rd edition of “Mondial des Arts Sucrés” in Paris from 3rd to 6th March 2012 during EUROPAIN exhibition. |

During the competition candidates realized a sugar art creation and a chocolate art creation on an open theme selected by each team.
As usual, the results were extraordinary and technically breathtaking.
Congratulations to the winning team composed by Mr. Masaki OKAZAKI, pastry chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo and Ms. Reiko IMO from the "A tes souhaits" pastry shop.
During the competition Mr. Masaki OKAZAKI realized the sugar art creation and Ms. Reiko IMO was in charge the chocolate art creation.
The "Mondial des Arts Sucrés" association is proud to welcome these japanese pastry makers in Paris in 2012 to represent their country.
