1986 - Creation
of the DGF concept.
1987 - Marketing of the first
Chocolate Selection created by DGF.
1989 - Jean-François Langevin, "One
of the Best Craftsman of France Laureates of 1983 in the Pastry-making
category", joins DGF to bolster the Research and Development
effort. Creation of the Export service and installation in Canada
of the first DGF importer abroad.
1993 - Building of the DGF headquarters
in Chanteloup les Vignes.
1994 - Opening in Chanteloup les Vignes
and in Washington (USA) of the first international school for
the Catering Trades: the International Culinary School, also known
under the ICS acronym. DGF buys out the MBP firm and founds its
first subsidiary company : DGF Lorraine.
1996 - Bruno Pastorelli "One of the
Best Craftsman of France Laureates of 1987 in the Pastry-making
category" joins JF. Langevin in the Research and Development
group and in the training team.
1997 - DGF opens up in the Réunion
Island its first overseas subsidiary company : Réudis.
1999 - Beginning of the ICS decentralization
program with the opening of a first training center for the Catering
Trades in Nancy.
2000 - Marketing of the 1500th DGF Product.
Bruno Court joins the DGF Chefs team. ICS intensifies its decentralization
with the opening of new training centers in Rennes, Valence, Aix
les Bains and Arles.
2001 - Franck Michel joins the DGF Chefs
team. Debut of the online service dgf.fr dedicated to the Professionals
of the Catering Trades.
2002 - Patrick CASULA – Pastry World Champion 1993- joins the DGF Chefs team.
2004 - Franck MICHEL becomes Best Pastry French Worker (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).
Launching of a new graphic line: new logo, new packaging, new leaflets.
2005 - DGF welcomes his 35th export distribution partner and totals 40 national distributors.
2006 - DGF celebrates his 20 years of existence: “Between us 20 years of passion”!
Franck MICHEL is member of the French team (with Bruno MONTCOUDIOL and Franck KESTENER) which becomes Pastry World Champion at Phoenix- USA, on the World Pastry Team Championship.
2007 - : Arnaud GAUTIER, Pastry chef, comes to complete the team of our Chefs and to assist Bruno COURET on the export market.
